I'm Moni Sebestyen, a Bay Area hair and makeup artist with 18+ years in the beauty industry… and I still genuinely love what I do.
My career has taken me everywhere from behind the chair to photoshoots, television sets, professional sports, weddings, celebrity and influencer glam, commercial productions and some pretty incredible events.
I've had the opportunity to work with celebrities, influencers, professional dance teams, television networks and major beauty and lifestyle brands, but whether I'm getting someone camera-ready for a shoot or working with a longtime salon client, my approach is always the same:
I want you to look like you, just really, really good.
MY APPROACH
I love beautiful skin, effortless hair and glam that feels elevated without feeling overdone.
After nearly two decades in this industry, I've learned that great hair and makeup isn't about following every trend. It's knowing what works for the person sitting in front of you, what works on camera and what will actually last through the day.
I'm equally comfortable creating natural, polished beauty as I am full glam for camera, stage, editorial or a major event.
And I'm probably going to make you laugh while we're doing it.
